"An Education" Screens Next Tuesday!

Join our friends at DHD Design & KEA for a very special film screening next Tuesday. The beautifully shot and intriguing An Education features a great cast including Emma Thompson. The evening will also include a documentary on the making of the film by Photographer Kerry Brown.  This event will kick off with cocktails followed by excerpts from the film and documentary and a Q&A.

So here’s the deal: there will be a runoff election on September 29, and all of us civic-minded freelancers need to band together to help elect David Yassky for Comptroller, a true advocate for our issues. The office carries a lot of weight when it comes to eliminating unfair taxes and collecting unpaid wages, and fortunately for our pocketbooks, Yassky is solidly in our corner on both fronts.
