Q: How do I sign up for Classes?
A: Basic Members can enroll online. Unlimited Members must enroll up over the phone or in person. Give us a call at 718 715 4961. Please note: we can never handle course enrollments via email.
Q: How do I book a Photo Studio?
A: All Photo Studio bookings are handled by calling the Front Desk at 718 715 4961. Please note: we can never handle photo bookings via email.
Q: Can I get a month to month membership?
A: Yes! All memberships are available as either month-to-month or 12 Month memberships. It pays to commit, though :)
Q: As an Unlimited Member, are there any limits to the amount of classes I can take?
A: Absolutely not. You can take as many classes as you want. All we ask is that you show up on time and be a good student. Once enrolled in a class, withdrawal fees apply if you need to cancel out of the class.
Q: How do I know there will be room for me in the photo studios/shop/classes?
A: We keep a very close watch on how our Members use the space. We will always keep our membership level at a comfortable place for everyone. If you find you are having trouble getting access to the facilities you need, please contact a Membership Services Representative right away by emailing join@3rdward.com.
Q: If I find I'm using the facilities more than I thought, can I upgrade my membership?
A: Of course you can. Simply get in touch with a Membership Services Representative and they will gladly assist you in taking your creative pursuits to the next level.
Q: What if I have to move out of the city? Can I cancel my membership before the terms are complete?
A: Although you can't cancel your membership early, you can transfer it to a friend or coworker at no extra cost.
Q: How do I pay for membership?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards. Membership dues are debited each month, automatically, for your convenience.
Q: I signed up for a 12 Month membership. After it's complete do I have to sign up for a 2nd year?
A: Nope! Once you've completed a 12 Month Membership, you're membership automatically renews to a month-to-month membership and your rate will not change. You can stay as long as you'd like at this point or cancel anytime by emailing membership@3rdward.com
Q: Do I get any storage space with my membership?
A: All Unlimited Members are eligible for a complimentary storage locker, free of charge, with their membership. Space is limited, and all lockers are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We can't guarentee the availability of these lockers. Basic Members must load in and load out for photo shoots, shop use and coworking use. In addition, we do have large storage lockers that are perfect for Photographers. These run an additional 75/mo.
