Nzinga Knight

Fashion designer/ baker/ sufi. I launched my line, Nzinga Knight in 2008. I've received a Council of Fashion Designers of America Award, a DCA Grant and was a winner of the 2008 Power UP Business Plan competition sponsored by Citigroup. I've worked with designers Marc Jacobs, ThreeAsFour, Reva Mivasager and Jones NY.

My designs are sold internationally. I pull my inspiration from nature, art, cosmopolitan living, world travel and my own individual style and personality. Each Nzinga Knight piece is thoughtfully designed to adorn the fashion forward, occasionally or habitually-modest cosmopolitan women.
