Interactive marketing specialists hiring for entry level & management positions

Experience Design Associate
This entry level position is perfect for candidates with zero to two years of work experience in marketing, advertising or digital media design. As an Experience Design Associate, you will create interactive interfaces for mass public consumption, build strong relationships with Brightline’s clients, and seek out the most current of media research. You should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, a strong writer and communicator, passionate about the creation of interactive experiences, and efficient under tight deadlines. Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.

Creative Team Leader
Candidates for this position should have four to seven years of experience in media advertising, as well as in managing teams of at least four people. This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing prospective and existing client relationships as well as guiding designers through the advertising design process. Strong written and verbal communication is key.
