As a designer, it’s not easy finding affordable workspace in NYC. Find a creative solution here at 3rd Ward. We have an incredible woodshop for an affordable price of $599/month.

You’ll meet fellow woodworkers in one of the most diverse shops in the city. 3rd Ward provides a full-featured, professional grade Wood Shop for exclusive use for our Pro Members. You’ll find full-time professional furniture builders, set designers, prototypers, and many more, all working side by side. Our state-of-the-art facility is the perfect place to set up shop for any project or long term workspace solution.

How It Works

Before you can start your projects, all Pro Members must have an Orientation with our Shop Manager to go over basic safety training.
