So, the Handmade Holiday Craft Fair: what's the deal?
Our 6th annual Handmade Holiday Craft Fair is your chance to sell your awesome products to right-brained gift givers from all over the New York City area. 

When and where is the Handmade Holiday Craft Fair?
The Craft Fair takes place right here at 3rd Ward, located at 195 Morgan Ave in Brooklyn between Meadow St. & Stagg St. The fair runs from 12PM to 6PM.

How do I apply to be a vendor?

When is the application deadline?
Don't sweat it. You've got time! The application deadline is Friday, November 23 at 11:59 PM.

How will vendors be determined? Does everyone that applies get accepted?
While we're confident that your products rock, due to space limitations, we cannot accept everybody who applies. Vendors will be chosen based on quality and uniqueness of products. 

When will I know if I was chosen as a vendor?
Keep your iPhones handy: we'll let you know by e-mail on Wednesday, November 28.

What type of tables will be provided?
We provide one 6 ft x 2.5 ft table and two chairs. 



Sharing is caring. Can I share a table with another vendor?
Yes! If you plan on sharing a table, please include the information of both vendors in your application.

What is the table fee?
The cost for participating is $200 for non-members and $150 for 3rd Ward members. Once you are accepted, we will send you a link to an online payment form. 

When can I set up?
Set up will begin at 8:30 am and will continue through 11:30 am.  All vendors must be completely set up by 11:30 am, and must remain set up until 6 pm. Late set up and early breakdown are not permitted.

Is electricity provided?
We've got power, but not cords, so please bring your own extension cords & power strips.

Will there be Wi-Fi?
We love the Internet, and we love you. Free Wi-Fi will be available.

You'll also have the option to provide swag (stickers, postcards, products, fun stuff, etc.) for our 200 free tote bags. This is a great way to make sure shoppers keep thinking of you even after the event is over.
