Nov 18, 2010 Tweet
Calling all architects, artists, urban designers and planners! SUPERFRONT LA wants you to get down with the Motown.
3rd Ward friend and curator Chloe Bass is putting out a call for entries to SUPERFRONT LA's first exhibit of 2011, DETROIT: A BROOKLYN CASE STUDY. This exhibit will produce a case study of the motor city past, present and future, through Detroit studies of Brooklyn and Brooklyn studies of Detroit. Any creative format is welcome, in order to investigate the shrinking city, abandoned city, reclaimed city - but also as an everyday environment, as a specific place with specific moments.
Detroit: A Brooklyn Case Study will open at SUPERFRONT LA at the Pacific Design Center in January 2011, and will be on view for 4 months.
Check out this video from Detroit: A Brooklyn Case Study and click here to submit now! Deadline for consideration is November 22nd.
